The short version

LearnLeaf doesn't require an account, sign-up or any personal information to browse or download worksheets. The only information we collect is what you choose to give us if you sign up to our free newsletter. We don't sell your information to anyone.

What we collect

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:

• Your email address, so we can send you the newsletter
• The child age range(s) you select, if you choose to tell us — this is optional and helps us understand who's using the site
• The category interests you select, so we can send activities relevant to you

If you don't use the subscribe form, we don't collect any personal information about you at all — worksheets are free to browse and download with no sign-up required.

How we use it

We use your email address only to send the monthly LearnLeaf newsletter and occasional related updates (such as new activities in categories you've told us you're interested in). We never sell, rent or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes it

We use a third-party email service provider (MailerLite) to store your email address and send our newsletter. Your data is handled according to their own privacy and security practices as our data processor.

Cookies

LearnLeaf does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If we introduce website analytics in the future, we'll update this page to explain what's used and why.

Children's privacy

LearnLeaf's worksheets are designed for young children to use, but our website itself — including the newsletter subscribe form — is intended to be used by parents, guardians, childminders and educators, not by children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link included in every email. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete any personal information we hold about you by getting in touch using the details below.
